Mid season: from 25/05/2024 to 15/06/2024 and from 07/09/2024 to 21/09/2024.
High season: from 15/06/2024 to 07/09/2024.
Long weekends are considered high season.

Terms & Conditions
Apartments for 2 people. Special pricing for children: kids up to 5 years are free, children over 5 years a supplement of € 10.00 per child. Final cleaning fee: € 30.00. Extra cleaning per pet: € 25.00. Heating, if necessary, is always charged according to consumption. Prices include the consumption of water, electricity, gas and use of bed linen and towels.

Check-in from 4 pm onwards, check-out by 09.30 am

Upon confirmation, it is necessary to pay an advance of 30% of the amount.

Tassa di soggiorno (tourist tax)
The Municipality of Grosseto has established a tourist tax of € 1.50 per person for each overnight stay up to a maximum of 7 nights. Children under the age of 14 are exempt. If during the calendar year the tourist returns for more than 7 days, he will not have to pay any tourist tax as previously paid in the previous stay.
